Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via various channels (email, phone, chat) with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account details.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Process orders, invoices, and administrative paperwork efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications
