Responsibilities
- Professional Shadowing: Observe and learn from senior staff members to understand industry best practices.
- Operational Support: Assist the team with daily tasks, administrative duties, and project execution.
- Cultural Exchange: Participate in scheduled training sessions and cultural integration activities.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training progress and daily activities.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute ideas and collaborate effectively with diverse international and local teams.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must currently hold a valid J1 Visa (Trainee category).
- Education: Currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated with a degree in a relevant field (Hospitality, Business, Marketing, etc.).
- Language: Basic to Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level) required for communication.
- Passport: Valid passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay.
- Interest: Genuine interest in the US tourism, hospitality, or business sector.
- Availability: Able to commit to 15-25 hours per week.
