Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees and clients via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Assist with hardware setup, software installations, and network configurations
- Document technical issues and resolutions using IT service management tools
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving cloud infrastructure and automation
- Conduct regular system maintenance and security updates
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting tasks
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a university program with IT/Computer Science focus
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship required (DS-2019 eligible)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and ticketing systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the USA under J1 Visa status
