Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LANs) and ensure secure Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and setup of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and apply necessary security patches and updates.
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to resolve complex incidents and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic Linux commands.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic hardware repair.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and successfully navigate the visa sponsorship process.
