- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity protocols
- Diagnose and resolve system issues with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Document IT processes and maintain asset management databases
- Train staff on new technologies and security best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years in IT support with network administration experience
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools like Wireshark
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
