Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Monitor network performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure system security and uptime.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the organization.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our Knowledge Base to improve internal processes.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to identify process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy and IT security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical role.
- Familiarity with network administration concepts, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be eligible for Visa Sponsorship. Candidates must currently hold a valid work visa or be open to sponsorship options.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
