Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of IT assets, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates across the organization.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement security best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
