- Manage cloud systems (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity protocols
- Deploy and maintain Windows/Linux environments and virtualization solutions
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
