Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via ticketing system and direct user interaction
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure projects
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and recommend security enhancements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. requiring sponsorship
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Experience with ITIL or ITSM methodologies
