Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS environments across hybrid workspaces
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud-based IT services
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance protocols
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and tool usage
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent industry certification
- Proficiency in Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Intune
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Valid US work authorization or sponsorship eligibility
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python)
