Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage local area networks (LAN) and wireless connectivity to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system security, patch management, and perform regular backups.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in the IT service management system.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT assets.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to legally work in the United States (Visa Sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
