Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software patches and security updates.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of IT assets and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be available to work part-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
