Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues including Windows, macOS, and cloud applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Active Directory systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues including VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN configurations
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and data encryption
- Document technical procedures and maintain updated knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark and Ping
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work authorization requiring sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, etc.)
