Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Create/maintain IT documentation and SOPs
- Provide end-user training on cybersecurity best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Monitor network security and implement incident response protocols
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS/Azure certifications preferred
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPN, and remote desktop solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for on-premises/cloud environments
