Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and shipping merchandise.
- Operate and maintain material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to apply for one.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays during peak season.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic reading and comprehension of English instructions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
