Responsibilities
- Provide multilingual assistance to international guests with check-in/out processes
- Coordinate concierge services and local attraction recommendations
- Resolve guest inquiries with cultural sensitivity and patience
- Maintain multilingual signage and informational materials
- Collaborate with global team members on cross-cultural initiatives
- Support event coordination for international visitors
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with conversational ability in at least one additional language
- Valid work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
- Adaptable communication style for diverse audiences
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
