Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services using property management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information about local attractions, dining, and amenities
- Manage reservation modifications and ensure seamless room assignments
- Process payments and handle billing discrepancies professionally
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Participate in daily briefings and implement operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
