Responsibilities
- Provide warm, culturally-attentant service to international guests
- Operate multilingual reservation systems and POS technology
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with check-in/checkout procedures efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Contribute to daily operations briefings
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency required
- Additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, etc.) strongly preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy with POS systems
- Valid US work authorization
- Positive attitude and cultural sensitivity
