- Coordinate and execute on-site event logistics including setup, staffing, and breakdown
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless service delivery

- Conduct venue walkthroughs and prepare detailed event timelines
- Implement safety protocols and troubleshoot operational issues
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate event documentation and post-event reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event coordination or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of New Orleans venues and local culture preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
