Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns across Nashville venues

- Train and supervise 10-15 part-time staff per assignment
- Maintain safety compliance and emergency protocols

Qualifications

- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
