Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media)
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Create engaging content for blogs, social platforms, and email marketing
- Manage PPC budgets and optimize ad spend across Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress
- Proven track record of improving KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, ROI)
- Google Ads and/or HubSpot certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
