Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Create engaging email marketing content and newsletters
- Assist with SEO optimization and content strategy development
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Coordinate with design team for visual asset creation
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Local Washington DC residency required for in-office collaboration
