Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer and account information into our CRM and database systems.
- Review and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure high-quality output.
- Generate and distribute regular reports to the management team.
- Assist in data migration projects for new software implementations.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Communicate findings and data issues to the Data Lead promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with a typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
