Responsibilities
- Input and Update Data: Accurately enter customer information, sales records, and product details into our internal databases and CRM systems.
- Data Verification: Review and verify entered data to ensure high levels of accuracy and completeness.
- File Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Report Generation: Assist in compiling and generating weekly or monthly data reports for management review.
- Communication: Communicate with team members and departments to clarify data requirements or resolve discrepancies.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread all typed documents and data entries to minimize errors before final submission.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office management is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer literacy.
- Typing: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain organized records.
