Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources including CRM systems and databases.
- Perform detailed statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations (dashboards) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement solutions.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI preferred).
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
