Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within business data.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating our internal databases and data repositories.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and SQL. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening or weekend shifts if necessary.
