Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new customers through the setup process, ensuring a seamless and positive first experience.
- Communication Management: Serve as the voice of the customer, responding to inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and account-related questions, escalating complex cases to senior support teams when necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather product feedback from a diverse client base and relay insights to the product development team to drive improvements.
- Account Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent English speaker (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer success, technical support, or account management (1-2 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating web-based software and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Time Management: Ability to manage a flexible schedule and meet set deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
