Responsibilities
- Provide multilingual customer support via phone, email, and chat in English and other languages
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with patience and cultural sensitivity
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to improve service protocols
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records
- Participate in ongoing language and cultural competency training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
- Fluency in English plus at least one additional language (Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with cross-cultural awareness
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
- Customer service experience or willingness to train
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (20-25 hours/week)
