- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and client communication systems
- Assist clients with wellness program information and enrollment
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless client experiences
- Support marketing initiatives for community wellness events
- Maintain clean and organized reception areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or healthcare experience
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (20-25 hours/week)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
