Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Participate in seasonal merchandising and promotional displays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
