Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service with empathy and product expertise
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Manage inventory through stock checks, replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with prompt, solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store appearance and operational efficiency
- Support merchandising initiatives including visual displays and promotional campaigns
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain current knowledge base
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
