Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process reservations, bookings, and service requests accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local Las Vegas attractions, weather, and travel tips to assist guests.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline service delivery and improve guest experiences.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff members and trainees when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid Driver’s License is a plus.
