Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising plans to maintain brand aesthetic and product displays
- Inventory management including receiving, stocking, and markdown execution
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless customer flow
- Contribute to store cleanliness and organized stockroom operations
- Participate in seasonal training on product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail in transaction processing and inventory
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and sales reporting
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
