Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance customer experience
- Manage inventory through stock counts and replenishment procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Respond to customer inquiries via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on inventory
Qualifications
