Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with precision
- Process merchandise shipments, maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales and experience targets
- Participate in seasonal store events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- 18+ years of age with legal work authorization
