Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and digital customer service through personalized product recommendations and issue resolution
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Manage inventory levels, restock displays, and ensure visual merchandising standards
- Process online orders, coordinate shipping logistics, and track delivery status
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in seasonal promotions and maintain promotional material displays
- Report operational insights to management to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic digital commerce platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional store deliveries
