- Deliver friendly, efficient service to 50+ customers daily
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with accuracy
- Maintain pristine cleanliness across cafe stations
- Support inventory management and product stocking
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and events
Qualifications
- 6+ months customer service or food service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Ohio food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
