- Deliver personalized customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot payment platform issues
- Document interactions in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction rating through empathetic communication
- Assist with onboarding new merchants to our payment ecosystem
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in SaaS or fintech
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
