Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks and maintain high-quality beverage standards
- Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
- Support visual merchandising and cleanliness of all customer areas
- Participate in monthly training to expand coffee knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in food/beverage retail
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high foot traffic
- Strong communication skills with approachable, friendly demeanor
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with POS systems preferred
