Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Operate point-of-sale systems with 100% accuracy
- Process returns, exchanges, and loyalty program transactions
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Participate in weekend and evening shift rotations
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
