Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations using our CRM platform and product knowledge base
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining 100% cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive brand experiences
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak business periods
- Contribute to inventory management cycles and loss prevention protocols

Qualifications
