Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person and virtual customer support across all touchpoints
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling standards
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and creative solutions
- Collaborate with team to maintain visual merchandising excellence
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Participate in product knowledge training and team meetings

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
