Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through consultative selling and product expertise
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stock rotation procedures
- Operate POS systems and process returns/exchanges efficiently
- Support store opening/closing procedures including cash handling
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Stay current on product knowledge and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory
- Comfortable with technology (POS systems, mobile apps)
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
