Responsibilities
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical support for smart home devices
- Manage customer inquiries via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Maintain immaculate showroom presentation and inventory systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotional campaigns
- Document customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with Apple iOS and Android ecosystems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Available to work weekends and some holidays
- Basic knowledge of smart home technology (IoT, connected devices)
- Valid Ohio driver's license (occasional off-site deliveries required)
