Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and solution-based recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to maintain brand standards and engaging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic tech literacy
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
