Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations through attentive listening and product knowledge
- Execute visual merchandising to maintain boutique aesthetics and seasonal displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Build client relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team on inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Contribute to social media content creation showcasing new arrivals and styling tips
- Participate in monthly training sessions on product knowledge and service excellence
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication skills with genuine enthusiasm for helping others
- Availability to work weekends and 2-3 weekdays (15-25 hours/week)
