Responsibilities
- Provide multilingual customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist international clients with product inquiries, bookings, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems with multilingual capabilities
- Collaborate with diverse team members to resolve cross-cultural communication challenges
- Participate in monthly cultural exchange workshops
- Support community outreach events celebrating global cultures
- Process transactions and maintain service quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (international degrees accepted)
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, etc.)
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic computer literacy and experience with digital communication tools

- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
