Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Assist clients via phone and email regarding software and service issues.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common technical problems using standard procedures.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to enhance the customer journey.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
