Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, teas, and light pastries
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service with a warm Southern welcome
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment per health standards
- Process transactions accurately and operate POS systems
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of fresh ingredients
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication skills with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
