Responsibilities
- Complete the structured technical training program to master system configurations and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems for new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the field service team to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Document all technical processes and service reports accurately.
- Travel to various client sites within the Henderson and Las Vegas area.
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops.
Qualifications
